Systemic designer, UX & service design. Systems that work for people.
About
Complex systems, made human.
I design services and digital experiences that start from the whole system: the people who use them, the organisations behind them and the places around them.

Complex systems, made human.
I’m a systemic designer with a background in product design. Before designing anything, I map the system around it: who is involved, what connects them and what is missing. That map is where my services and digital experiences come from.

How I work
Four steps I follow in every project, from the first map to the prototype.

01 · Map
Map the system
Who is involved, what connects them and where it breaks. Territory, stakeholder and system maps give me the whole picture before I design anything.

02 · Listen
Listen to people
Surveys, interviews and benchmarking turn assumptions into evidence, like the 42 people who answered the survey for my thesis.

03 · Design
Design the experience
Personas, journeys and user flows lead to the information architecture, the wireframes and the interface.

04 · Prototype
Prototype and present
Interactive prototypes in Figma make the idea concrete, ready to share with the companies I have worked with, such as Stellantis and gliAironi.

Beyond design
I love travelling and photography. Discovering new places, meeting people from different backgrounds and capturing moments through my camera keep me curious and teach me to notice details and to see the same thing from different perspectives, which shapes how I work too.
